Timothy M. FunkMeyer CEO, is an experienced healthcare executive with over three decades in skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior housing operations. Since 1991, he has successfully managed health care operations, overseeing a range of care facilities.
Recognized for transforming organizations facing regulatory and financial challenges, Mr. FunkMeyer emphasizes a client-centered, customized approach to operational excellence. His leadership extends to statewide trade associations, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors as the Service Corp President of Care Providers of MN.
Mr. FunkMeyer is an operating partner for Millers Landing Senior Living in Minneapolis and the sole owner of Dellwood Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care in St. Paul, MN. As an owner/operator, he brings valuable insights and experience, navigating the complexities of leading older adult communities from program development to operational optimization.

Courtney Blomquist LNHA, LALD, COO is a dynamic and results-driven executive with more than 15 years of experience in the senior living sector.
Adept at leading teams to achieve sustained growth, exceptional resident care, and fiscal strength, Ms. Blomquist has proven her expertise in optimizing operations at the site level as an Assisted Living Director for more than a decade and now as the COO of PARUAN. Courtney excels at leading senior living communities through the complexities of regulatory expectations while maintaining a person-centered approach to services.
As an operating partner for Millers Landing Senior Living in Minneapolis, Courtney brings a unique understanding of ownership and operations to any organization.
Russ Grundhauser

Russ Grundhauser CFO, is a seasoned financial executive with deep expertise in guiding organizations through uncertainty and operational transformation in a variety of industries from start-up to mature organizations. Russ has held pivotal leadership roles as Chief Integration and Administrative Officer for Vivie and CFO for Walker Methodist. His primary focus at Vivie was leading the integration of Knute Nelson and Walker Methodist following their merger in January 2024. During his time as CFO for Walker Methodist, Russ led the successful refinancing efforts for four communities totaling over $40M and was integral in the growth and expansion of the organization through the development of six new communities and the acquisition of another, which expanded the organizations reach of serving older adults by over 800 residents.
Russ’ strategic approach to financial stewardship, organizational integration and mission-driven leadership has helped organizations make confident decisions in unpredictable environments.

Currently pursuing education in Healing Touch, Sigrid is dedicated to holistic healthcare practices. Outside of work, she enjoys precious moments with family and friends.

Andres is following in his father Tim’s footsteps, having been involved with PARUAN since high school. Armed with expert customer service skills, acute financial proficiency, and a strong desire to learn, Andres contributes a unique perspective to PARUAN. After taking college business classes and successfully completing the Care Provider’s Leading4Life Fellowship in 2023, he now plays a crucial role in the day-to-day finance management and communications at PARUAN. His primary focus lies in finance development, aiming to enhance financial success not only for PARUAN but also for the assisted living and memory care communities under PARUAN’s management.

Lindsey Swartwood, LALD, Assisted Living Director at Mill City Senior Living has been in the healthcare industry for more than 23 years. She began her career as a CNA in high school and found a passion for serving the older adult community. Throughout her career she has gained experience in many different roles and in 2022, Lindsey obtained her Assisted Living Directors License.
She is currently the Assisted Living Director overseeing operations at Mill City Senior Living in Faribault, MN. Lindsey is recognized for supporting her staff, putting her resident’s needs first and jumping in to help whenever she is needed.
